libs/foreignmemory: Avoid printing an error for ENOTSUPP

Resource mapping is not supported on Arm and results to an error message
at every guest boot:

xenforeignmemory: error: ioctl failed: Operation not supported

Hide the error message when errnor is ENOTSUPP.
